Terms and Conditions of Rental:

1. A NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit of 33% of the total cost of your holiday is required to reserve accommodation. Written confirmation will be issued upon receipt of deposit. Final payment will be due within 6 weeks of the arrival date. This payment will include ESB which is charged at €5 per day

2. Cancellations

Notice of Cancellations must be in writing. The following charges will apply:

Prior to 29 days: 33% booking deposit withheld

8 to 29 days 75% of total cost

Less than 8 days 100%

3. Arrival and departure

Check in will be from 4pm on day of arrival, check out time is 10am. Any arrivals later than 6pm must be arranged 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify reception of late arrivals may result in keys not being available.

4. Cleaning & Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of €100 to be paid with payment of booking. In the event of damage to the property or its contents, the security deposit will not be refunded. Property is to be left in the same clean & tidy condition as it was handed over otherwise additional charges will occur. Security deposit less any deductions will be posted within 7 days of departure.

5. Pets

Pets shall not be permitted within Carleton Village with the exception of guide dogs.

6. Noise

Noise levels after dark should be kept to a reasonable level as a matter of courtesy and to avoid disturbance to others.

7. Maximum number of occupants

The total number of people stated on the booking for must not be exceeded.

1. Leisure Facilities are unsupervised. Children under age of 12 must be supervised in the Leisure Facilities. Use of the facilities is at your own risk Carleton Village, its employees or agents shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for damage or injury whether to person or property howsoever arising, while using the facilities.

9. Carleton Village Liability

Carleton Village, its employees or agents shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for loss, damage or injury whether to person or property howsoever arising, directly or indirectly, out of the letting of accommodation. Carleton Village shall not be liable for breach of contract due to any industrial action or any other reasons outside its control.

10. Your Liability:

When you sign the booking form you warrant that you have the authority of all persons who will use the accommodation during the period booked to sign on their behalf and to indemnify Carleton Village against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly to that accommodation and its contents, from any act or default by yourself or any person accompanying you.

11. Refusal of Booking

Management reserves the right to refuse a booking or cancel a booking for any reason and at any stage of such booking, and to terminate the rental for any breach of the above detailed terms and conditions.
