Rineen House is a beautifully refurbished cottage offering it’s guests spectacular views of Skellig Michael and Waterville Bay. Set in a stunning location on the mountainside approximately 4kms off the main ring of Kerry route as you exit Waterville heading towards Caherdaniel, it is the perfect location for a relaxing, unwinding break.

Fully detached with it’s own parking, Rineen has been furnished and restored to 5 star hotel standard with 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite.

Facilities

The entrance hall has a spiral staircase leading to a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with power shower. The restored cottage annex has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom ensuite, twin room and double bedroom. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. An Italian style stairs leads to the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a twin room. All rooms have skylights with sea views.

The kitchen, with tiled flooring is fully equipped with microwave, American fridge. There is an Island in the center of the kitchen with oven and stainless steel hob.

The dining area is just off the kitchen with seating for 10 people. Lighting is recessed throughout the house. Leading off the kitchen is the living room area, which is separated from the kitchen by a rotating gas stove. This contemporary style room has walnut wooden floor and ceiling to floor windows with uninterrupted views to the Skellig Rocks.

There is a spiral staircase at the side of the living room leading to a magnificent mezzanine floor an interior viewing gallery with beautiful cane furniture where guests can spend hours relaxing while enjoying in the breathtaking views of Waterville Bay and Skellig Michael. There is also a TV, DVD and Stereo. Utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, Freezer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs is a large King size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. This is accessed by its own private spiral staircase. In another part of the house, there is also a Double bedroom ensuite upstairs, which is reached by its own private spiral staircase.

Downstairs are three bedrooms. King Size bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. There are 2 double bedrooms also on the ground floor and a main bathroom.

 Linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair supplied.
